Halibut Sausage Pattys

Halibut Sausage Recipe:
Ingredients:
2 lbs. raw halibut
1 tsp. each of salt and black pepper, ground ginger, ground coriander, garlic powder, dried thyme, rubbed sage
1/2 cup of powdered milk
1/8 tsp. of cayenne
1/8 tsp. of ground allspice
1/4 cup of olive oil
Directions:
Grind fish using 3/16” grinding plate, mix ingredients with ground halibut thoroughly. Form into patties. Cook on stove top or outdoor grill, or freeze until needed.
