The 4 Shows You Can’t Miss on Royal Caribbean’s Harmony of the Seas

Royal Caribbean is known for their Broadway quality entertainment. While every show was worth watching, these are the four you should book right away for your cruise on Harmony of the Seas.

1887: A Journey Through Time (Studio B)

Located in the ice theatre, this French-style performance will leave you in awe. Beginning in Paris, the show visits space, the deep sea and other destinations that may be left to interpretation. As far as the story goes, I had no idea what was going on, but it was incredibly entertaining. This theatre is chilly, so dress warm. I’d recommend sitting in row two, if possible.

Grease (Royal Theatre)

The classic show we all know and love. This features the same cast from Columbus. The prop design, talent and lighting feels like a Broadway quality show. This was the most difficult show to get tickets for, so book it quickly (also, it’s free, so it’s alright if you cancel/change your mind).

The Fine Line (Aqua Theatre)

Similar to what one may see at SeaWorld, this show takes place in the outdoor water theatre featuring an incredible light show, high divers, tight-rope walking, dancing, acrobatics, and slackliners (my favorite part). Get to this show early, because the real show starts before the show when the ‘villain’ twirls around in a skirt for 20 minutes (it’s great). Oh, and don’t sit in the first three rows unless you want to get wet.

Columbus (Royal Theatre)

I won’t spoil the storyline, but it’s a fantastic musical and the story-line is not what you’d expect. With up-to-date music built in, this is a great show for all ages.
